Project Goal
Design a website/app may customize clients needs and provide the best choice for users.
User research
As the gaming equipment industry has demands from several target age groups and stakeholders, the research has to include different methods. To learn about users' frustrations or needs. Additionally, comparing existing competitors can aid in learning and analyzing existing websites to avoid mistakes. Based on the survey results, personas, and user journeys, it is evident that many users have found a lack of support in terms of product selection and customized services, which is a pricing-related issue.
Pain Points

Shopping websites/apps have a lot of products, and the navigation bar might be long and messy, which can easily lead to user misunderstanding

Sitemap
From the persona, we learn about the users' needs and difficulties in creating a sitemap. My goal in designing an information architecture is to provide users with a fast and clear way to find products, minimizing errors and wrong pages. Additionally, I aim to showcase our services and deals directly to them.
Digital wireframes
Mockups
In creating the low-fidelity prototype, I have designed all the pages that showcase the main functions I would like to present. This includes incorporating a chatbot located at the bottom right corner, a "Build Your PC" customization program, and ensuring clear navigation throughout the prototype.I
Customize progrmamme
dark/light mode
The dark and light modes have been designed to provide accessibility for users in different environments. Moreover, they offer visual comfort, allowing gamers to experience a greater sense of flexibility.
Screen size variations
In my design process, I carefully considered the various screen sizes and breakpoints to ensure that the layout and content dynamically adjust to fit different devices. By using fluid grids, flexible images, and media queries, I was able to create a seamless experience for users across a range of screen sizes, from mobile devices to tablets and desktops.
chat-bot
The chatbot will provide answers to possible reasons that users may encounter. If the user fails to receive a satisfactory answer after three attempts, they will be directed to seek assistance from a staff member.
